We take on the hassle of T4s, ROEs so that you don’t have to worry about the time and cost associated to dealing with all payroll matters. Currently RnR is looking into employee benefit options for long terms employees for our small business clients.
Scheduling
We specialize in looking after all your scheduling needs. Wither its scheduling employees for their weekly shifts, to handling vacation requests, shift changes, replacing and sick days. We provide weekly timesheets for employees to sign in and out on before sending to employers for approval. Many of our clients have complained about that time it takes to create a schedule for employees to be happy with – RnR will take on that obligation and all you have left to do when the week is done is to sign!
HR Services

RnR offers a full service HR business solutions for businesses that need expertise on sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for hire – to monitoring employee files and making sure all onboarding paperwork has been filled out. With a thorough recruitment process including reference checks, criminal background checks and any testing that is recommended, we can help you with your onboarding employee selection process. We prepare offer of employment letters, contract signings, performance reviews every 3 months and can take on any disciplinary or termination matters in regards to employees’ standings within your company.
